Leite's Culinaria
Why subscribe?
As of January 2008, we're no longer publishing a newsletter. Things change so fast these days, and information is posted so frequently, that a newsletter summarizing the new articles and recipes would be outdated in mere days. So we've turned to RSS (Really Simple Syndication) to keep you up-to-date.

What is RSS?
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is basically a free subscription service. Whenever anything on the site changes, you're notified. You'll never miss a new recipe, article, book recommendation, or blog entry again. By subscribing, you'll also receive special notices and e-invitations to Leite's Culinaria events — such as classes, "Talking with Your Mouth Full" author readings, and "Eating Our Words" dinners — taking place in your area.
