Welcome to Recipe Testing at Leite's Culinaria Registered
testers, click here to enter
the section. Here's how the process works: Each month our staff culls a variety of recipes from different sources for possible inclusion in our collection. (As you may have seen in the recipe section, there's an extensive representation of recipes, chefs, and ethnicities.) As a tester, you'll pick the recipes you want to cook and evaluate from the list we assemble each month. After choosing and understanding the recipe, you'll be asked to follow it precisely. The Tester's Procedure Form, which you will have access to in the private area reserved for testers, will provide a list of questions that you can keep in mind while you're cooking, such as "Was it easy to find all the required ingredients?", "Was the cooking/baking time right?", and, most important, "Did you like it?" This will help you later when you write your evaluation. The evaluation, which may be posted on the site, reflects your appraisal of the dish. The Tester's Evaluation Form will guide you as you assess the recipe and the results. You'll have the opportunity to write a personal summary of the process and the dish. We're dedicated to having the best culinary Web site,
and you're part of that endeavor. We know how busy you are, but we ask
that you test at least one dish a month. You'll have
access to other testers to share thoughts, tips, and comments. Finally,
we want you to have a fun and gratifying experience. If you would like
to join our community, please fill out this registration
form. Once you've agreed to the terms of testing and have registered,
you'll have access to the private testers' homepage, and you'll be on
your way. All the best,
Linda Avery |
